We take care in providing you with the best service to ensure your item arrives safely and securely. We use UPS as our shipping method.

All items purchased outside the USA are generated by DHL services based on product weight. Upon receipt local custom duties and taxes may apply, which are not included in the price or shipping expenses. You may contact your local customs office for information regarding shipping from the USA to your country.

Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 2-4 weeks upon delivery from purchase date. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to your email placed with order. If you have any questions about shipping time please do not hesitate to contact info@em-kelly.com with your inquiries.

 

RETURNS

Please consider that each item is handmade to order. For this reason all sales are final for items on em-kelly.com, we ask you to please contact info@em-kelly.com for any questions regarding an item before purchasing.  If you are not satisfied with your item upon arrival and believe it to be damaged or defected you may contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at info@em-kelly.com for review. We reserve the right to deny any request.
